Terrapin Electric was formed in 2022 under the name GMEA LLC, as a company focused on providing electrical services to the industrial sector.
In 2023, GMEA Services underwent a brand and name refresh, and is now known as Terrapin Electric – the name inspired by Grateful Dead song “Terrapin Station”.
